A done-for-you budget system that turns your bank transactions into a full financial picture — spending, debt, savings, and net worth — updating itself as you go.

Set up your income, bills, debts, and savings categories once — every category you create here becomes available across all your monthly tabs. This is also where you tag each expense as a need or a want and choose your currency and starting month. Tick the rollover box to carry your account balance forward month to month, or leave it unticked to start every month fresh — perfect for paycheck-to-paycheck budgeting. To categorize a transaction on your Bank Statement tab, its category needs to exist here first. Once it's built, you can still fine-tune amounts month to month in each individual tab.
Copy your transactions in straight from your bank or your credit card institution. Assign each one an account and category from the dropdowns — pulled straight from your Setup sheet — and the running balance updates automatically. Tick the box for subscriptions and tax-deductible spending as you go.
As someone with ADHD, manually logging every single transaction was exactly why I could never stick to a budget — so I built this sheet to do it for me. You paste your transactions in, and that's it. No manual typing. This one function is the whole reason this tracker exists.
Once your bank transactions are categorized, the monthly tabs fill themselves in — cash flow, income, bills, savings, and debt, projected against what you actually spent. See the full picture at a glance and know right away whether you're on track.
See income and spending trends, category breakdowns, and how every month compares side by side — a running picture of your whole year, not just one month at a time.
Check the health of every account at a glance — checking, savings, and each debt balance — with money in and money out tracked automatically as your statement gets categorized.
List each debt with its balance, interest rate, and minimum payment. Choose the snowball or avalanche strategy, add any extra monthly payment, and watch your payoff date move.
A full monthly calendar shows income, bills, debt payments, and savings landing on the actual day they happen. Switch between a monthly or weekly view for an overview of your week's spending at a glance, with weekly totals down the side so nothing sneaks past you.
Set a savings goal with a target date and it tells you exactly how much to set aside each month. Run "what if I skipped this" challenges to see what small cuts add up to over a year.
Every expense you tag as a need or want feeds this tab automatically, so you can see in one glance whether you're actually keeping to the 50/30/20 rule — or where it's slipping.
Assets and liabilities roll up automatically from every other tab. A built-in compound growth calculator shows what your savings could look like in 10, 20, or 30 years.
Every woman deserves to know exactly where she stands with her money — not guess, not hope, not avoid the number. That knowledge is how you take your power back. You got this!
